As of 21 January 2026<\/strong>, the TOEFL iBT\u00ae uses a new 1\u20136 scale<\/strong> (in half-band increments). Each section is scored individually on this scale. The Overall Score<\/strong> is the average of the four sections. During a two-year transition period, a comparable score on the previous 0\u2013120 scale is also provided.<\/p>\n
