Many international companies and universities rely on the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC®) to reliably assess practical English skills.

Please note: The TOEIC® Test is offered in two formats — the Institutional Programme (IP) and the Public Programme (PP). Both tests are identical in content and are scored according to the same ETS standards. The main differences lie in the administration and the type of certificate issued: The Public Programme (PP) is organized directly by ETS at public test centers; the certificate includes a photo of the test taker and is recognized internationally for official purposes such as visa applications or university admissions. The Institutional Programme (IP), on the other hand, is offered through authorized institutions like Eloquia. Its certificate is also an official ETS document with identical score scales but does not include a photo and is primarily intended for use by companies, universities, or within Germany. Eloquia exclusively offers the TOEIC Institutional Programme (IP).

Online-Test (Remote Proctoring) – How the online test works

• Complete the test conveniently from home or the office.
• Live supervision via camera, microphone & screen sharing ensures ETS-compliant security.
• Requirements: stable internet connection (≥ 2 Mbps), PC/Mac, up-to-date browser, webcam, microphone, quiet room.
• Online identity check before the exam starts (valid ID required).

Registration in three steps
