• Is this an official PSI test centre?
  Yes. We are fully authorised by PSI to conduct secure exams in Frankfurt.
• Where is the PSI test centre in Frankfurt located?

• Can I park nearby?
  Yes – several paid car parks, e.g. Goetheplatz (about a 3-minute walk).
• Do I need to call to confirm my appointment?
  No. If your PSI portal shows “Frankfurt”, this is the correct location.
• Is there barrier-free access?
  Yes. A lift is available; the test centre is on the 2nd floor.
• What equipment is used for my exam?
  Desktop computer, keyboard, mouse pad, adjustable office chair; noise-reducing headset for listening sections.
• How many people take the exam at the same time?
  9 candidates. The exact number varies according to bookings.
• Which personal items must go in the locker?
  Bags, keys, coats, hats, scarves, watches, large jewellery or electronic devices.
• What if my locker is too small?
  Our staff will store oversized items securely until the end of the exam.
• What if it gets too noisy during the exam?
  Our rooms are sound-insulated. If necessary, you will receive earplugs or a noise-cancelling headset.
• Is the room cold or warm?
  The temperature is kept between 21 °C and 23 °C. We can adjust it on request.
• What should I do in case of technical problems?
  Stay calm and raise your hand – our team will assist immediately.
• May I bring my own pen?
  No. Personal writing materials are not permitted; we provide everything required.
• Are toilet breaks allowed?
  For most exams, yes. Raise your hand, leave your ID behind and pass security again afterwards.
• Forgot water – can I get a glass during the test?
  Open containers are not allowed. Sealed water bottles may be permitted depending on the exam rules.
