How registration works
- Choose a date: Select a suitable date below at our test centre.
- Register online: Complete the registration form in full.
- Pay the fee: Exam fee €187 — secure payment by credit card/bank transfer.
- Receive confirmation: You will receive all organisational details for exam day by email.
- Exam day: Arrive on time with a valid ID. The entire exam takes place at our test centre.
- Results: Digital exams are usually processed faster, usually within 10–14 days; we will notify you by email.
Important notes
- ID: Passport or national ID required on exam day.
- Punctuality: Late entry is not possible.
- Accommodations: Please contact us well in advance of registering.
- Rescheduling/cancellation: Cambridge and ELOQUIA policies apply; observe deadlines/fees.
B1 Preliminary – Scoring & Cambridge English Scale
Preliminary is an examination targeted at Level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

FAQ
Is the digital B1 exam equivalent to the paper-based one?
Yes, content and scoring are identical. The only difference is the delivery format (computer). Digital results are usually available faster.
How quickly will I get my results?
Usually within 10–14 days. We will inform you by email as soon as results are available.
Will B1 Preliminary be accepted by my institution?
B1 Preliminary is widely recognised. Please check your target institution’s specific requirements (e.g., score bands, recency of results).
