[FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions]

• Is this an official Prometric test center?
  Yes. We are fully authorized by Prometric and provide secure, proctored exams in Frankfurt.
• Where exactly is the test center located?
  Kaiserstraße 10, 60311 Frankfurt am Main. The address is also in your Prometric confirmation e-mail.
• Can I park nearby?
  Yes—several paid car parks are close by, e.g. Goetheplatz (approx. 3-minute walk).
• Do I need to call to confirm my appointment?
  No. If your Prometric portal shows “Frankfurt,” you’re all set—no phone call required.
• Is the building accessible?
  Yes. There is an elevator; the test center is on the 2nd floor.
• What equipment will be used for my exam?
  Desktop computer, keyboard, mouse pad and an adjustable office chair. For listening sections you’ll receive a noise-reducing headset.
• How many people will be in the exam room at once?
  Up to 9 candidates. The exact number depends on bookings.
• Which personal items must go into the locker?
  Bags, keys, jackets, hats, scarves, watches, large jewelry, etc.
• What if my locker is too small?
  Our staff will securely store oversized items until your exam ends.
• What if it gets noisy during the exam?
  Our rooms are sound-insulated. If needed, we can provide earplugs or a noise-cancelling headset.
• Is the room rather cool or warm?
  Temperature is kept at 21 – 23 °C. Let us know if you need an adjustment.
• What should I do if technical problems occur?
  Stay calm and raise your hand—our proctors will resolve the issue immediately.
• May I bring my own pen?
  No. Personal writing materials are not permitted; we provide everything required.
• Are restroom breaks allowed?
  For most exams, yes. Raise your hand, leave your ID with the proctor and undergo the security check again afterwards.
• No water with me—will I get a glass during the test?
  Open containers are not allowed. Depending on exam policy, sealed water bottles may be permitted.
