Skills for English: SELT is a Secure English Language Test approved by the UK Home Office for visa and immigration applications to the United Kingdom.

This test proves that you have the required English language skills to live, work or study in the UK.

The exam is taken at Eloquia in a single computer-based session – with no examiner or assessor present. Results are usually available online within 3–5 days.

There are two test variants. You select exactly the CEFR level you need for your visa type when booking:

  1. Visit www.bookmyskillsforenglish.com and create an account.
  2. Select the appropriate test (level and skills) for your visa type.
  3. Choose “Eloquia – Frankfurt am Main” as your test centre and select an available Tuesday.
  4. Complete the booking and payment directly via the platform.
