Is this an official Prometric test centre?
Yes. We are fully authorised by Prometric and deliver secure, supervised exams in Frankfurt.

Do I need to call to confirm my appointment?

Yes. A lift is available; the test centre is on the 2nd floor.
What equipment is used for my exam?
Desktop computer, keyboard, mouse pad and height-adjustable office chair. A noise-reducing headset is provided for listening sections.
How many people sit in the exam room at the same time?
Our room seats 9 participants. The exact number varies depending on bookings.
Which items belong in the locker?
Bags, keys, jackets, hats, scarves, watches, large jewellery and similar. Our team safely stores oversized items until the end of the exam.
Are toilet breaks allowed?
For most exams, yes. Notify us, leave your ID behind and then pass through the security check again.
May I bring my own pen or water?
Personal writing materials are not permitted; we provide everything required. Open containers are not allowed for security reasons; sealed water bottles are sometimes permitted depending on the exam policy.
