Make offers and proposals
Offer in a structured way, state conditions and contrast options clearly.
Preferences and compromises
Clarify priorities, propose trade-offs and formulate win-win solutions.
Decline and defer politely
Saying no with a reason, offering alternatives and elegantly buying time.
Soften with modal verbs
Polite nuances with could, might, would and the right degree of indirectness.
Negotiation role play
Contract and deadline negotiation: negotiate terms, weigh up concessions.
Record the outcome
Document the agreement by email – points, responsibilities and deadlines.
Compact, practical, measurable
Each sprint comprises four weeks with one unit of 135 minutes each – 12 teaching units in total in a small group of no more than 8 participants. You learn on-site in Frankfurt or live-online, as you prefer. At the end there is a measurable outcome, confirmed by an Eloquia Micro-Certificate.
- Typical exercise: a contract or deadline negotiation
- Make and answer offers: anchoring, counter-offers, "if… then…"
- Record the outcome as short minutes by email
