AI is changing the language of work
Market need
Surveys suggest around a third of German companies already use AI, and the trend is rising sharply. A lack of know-how is cited as the biggest barrier.
Regulation
The EU AI Act (Art. 4) has required companies since 2025 to ensure their staff's AI literacy. Training effectively becomes a duty.
Positioning
The working language of AI tools is English. Anyone who prompts precisely and evaluates AI output reliably needs strong English.
Four modules – freely combinable (0.5–1 day each)
Prompting in English
Formulate precise instructions, structure context and refine iteratively – using participants' real business cases.
AI-Assisted Writing
Edit AI drafts: tone, terminology and cultural appropriateness; quality control of translations.
Meetings & AI Tools
English-language meetings with AI minutes, transcript review and clean follow-up communication.
AI Governance Communication
Communicate AI policies, compliance and risks internally and externally in English (with an AI Act focus).

Frequently asked questions
Does AI replace the teacher here?
No. Human trainers remain at the core – AI is the topic and the tool. You learn to use AI deliberately and critically.
Which AI tools are used?
Common business tools (e.g. chat and writing assistants, meeting AI). On request we work with the tools already in use at your company.
What language level is required?
Recommended from B1. We assess beforehand and put the modules together to fit.
Does this help with AI Act compliance?
The training addresses the AI literacy required by the EU AI Act (Art. 4). It does not replace legal advice.
