Format and practice

Typical course tasks

Every unit is communicative and immediately usable in your working day. In small groups you practise realistic meeting situations with direct feedback.

Meeting role plays – practise discussion phases: place contributions, respond to colleagues
Use phrases deliberately – apply agree/disagree and clarify phrases in structured exercises
Write short minutes – capture decisions and tasks in 5–6 bullet points
