Typical course tasks
Every unit is communicative and immediately usable in your working day. In small groups you write and revise real emails with direct feedback.
- Draft an information request – a short, clear request email with context, deadline and contact
- Reply politely to a complaint – an empathetic reply with an apology, a proposed solution and a follow-up
- Improve clarity and tone – edit informal emails: shorten, structure, refine the tone
