Format and practice

Typical course tasks

Every unit is communicative and immediately usable in your working day. In small groups you practise realistic scenarios with direct feedback.

Practise introductions – short introductions and exchanging basic information
Networking role plays – start and end small talk, e.g. at an after-work event
Mini presentation – prepare and deliver a short self-introduction ("Pitch yourself")
